A crisp, food-friendly Riesling from Germany's Mosel Valley, made by brothers Erni and Thomas Loosen of the Dr. Loosen estate. Mosel Riesling starts out naturally low in alcohol, so very little has to come out: the wine is gently dealcoholized by vacuum distillation, keeping its bright fruit, lively acidity and a light, refreshing sparkle.
